Gus, a Chinese crested was selected for the 2008 World's Ugliest Dog.
This dog has one eye, bad teeth, three legs, no hair, except for a small white tuft on top of his head.

Gus died short after his 15th birthday.
Dogs lifespan = 14 or 15 years of age.
