Fast Way to Lose Weight Every Day of the Week
How can you lose weight everyday of the week? Here’s a simple-to-followplan to lose weight quickly every single day of the week! Before westart, here’re five ground rules about diet:
1. Eat 5 small meals a day every 3 hours. If you take few and bigmeals, you will tend to overeat. Mon: walking, jogging, swimming, rollerblading or biking
Tue: upper body. Do at least two exercises from each set
arms: curls, triceps extensions, pull ups, front press

shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine
back: seated row, pull downs, back extension)

Stay active all the time specially every morning. Avoid being idle too.
