I reached my first $100 last month,
I have to Verify Phone Number but I failed it. (after 3 times)

Any AdSense Publisher here? How to you guys Verify Phone Number?

What I did:
After phone ring, entered 6 numbers Google give me, then pressed #
I did something wrong there?
I already contacted Google for support. Hope will get an answer soon.

It failed for many people too. Email Google, and they administratively set it for you.

New for new AdSense Publisher. You have to verify your phone number when you reach your first $50, Google will give you call and ask you to enter 6 digit numbers. You have 3 times to do it.
You have 6 months since you reached your first $50 to verify phone number, or you will not get the money.
