Well, not all but 1855 forums (top visited) are listed on Bigboards.com. It's a forum directory, searchable by keyword, topic, # of members, language and forum script (!). Useful.

I'm interested in forums where I can make quick business deals, like finding referrals, post exchange. Any tips?

You can go for money making forums since it is were you can find such type of offer and free services. There are a lot of forum directories actually. This is were you can find different type of forums depends on what domain they are using.
