I always enjoy cycling. Whenever I have free time, I would go to the park and cycle a few rounds totaling about 5 kms. I think it's a great way to build up your stamina and works well to reduce flabby thigh.

I myself reduced 30kg.It was all done with a stationary cycle at home but when I started reducing I opted for cycling in parks as well as on roads.Can you believe it after seeing my reduction all of my friends bought bicycles for themselves.
