Can we deposit money from Paypal to bank checking account?
and If we can, How?

I have $12 in Paypal account, now I want to put it in my bank checking account.

Definitely you can.I also use a checking account of HSBC and with that account i also verified my paypal.The only thing that you need to do is to use the add funds option after logging in your paypal,there you will find options to deposit your paypal funds in your bank account and vice versa.
