dandruff in my hair, how can i get rid of it

i am having a chronic problem from dandruff in my hair since last 5-6 months..earlier there was nothing like that and i was happy with my hair..but now its going all over my head and now i am having it after 2-3 days of hair wash.. Sad how can i get rid of it?any ideas or products?

i am also having this problem from a long time.the day i do shampoo all the dandruffs are gone but it again comes back within a day or two.I have used lots of anti-dandruff shampoos but nothing worked much.Any helpful suggestion or advice will be highly appreciated.Please help me.

I think you guys wash your hair with shampoo so often every day, over use of shampoos, that make dandruffs in your hair.
Dandruff is less in the summer than in the winter, exposing less to sun may cause dandruff.
