.info sites, good to link with?

I don't like sites that have domain names ending with .info, Not all of them are bad, but many of them are porn, sex, spam sites, and all kind of bad things. What do you thinks? Few days ago, a guy ask me to exchange link with mysite, his site is a porn site and .info too.
