How to prevent and stop people from access to adult site contents using my computer? where can I find and download software program that will stop people from using my computer and access to adult site contents?

Download and install ZoneAlarm 4.0, it can Filter that.
This is hard to do, because those sites change all the time, can't stop them. They have many tricks that your firewall can't stop and filter them out.
