what is cookies (computer and Internet)? background
Internet cookies allow webmaster's to store information about the users, visitors and their visits on the user's computer. Most websites on the internet uses cookies, and You don't have to worries about it, It is not harm or risk, it's very helpful, for example: you logined to your yahoo mail account, it store cookies in your computer so the next time you don't have to login again, because reconized you, you can delete all the cookies if you want too, Some times people can uses cookies to stole some ones password or do bad stuffs, but remember it is not that dangerous or have to worries much, it's 1000 times more helpful than harmful

Cookies are very nice as long as you hold them private.They should not be allowed to be stolen.So you should be well aware of sites you are visiting and their malicious deeds.Cookies are like your Bank  Security Number
