No one installed it in your computer, it's already there when you first bought your computer with Microsoft Window
It's a hidden tool, you have to call it by go to RUN, and type in the name, then install it.
It's a tool that allows you to share your computer with a friend or your friend share his/her computer with you. It's kind of cool, if both computer connected to each other, you can see what each other are doing, and you can control your friend computer if he give you permission.
