What softwares/programs do you use to build website?
I have microsfot front page, microsoft office, I have adope photoshop but I don't have any experience with it. I used free program called "coffee cup" to build my web.

I uses Microsoft FrontPage, Adobe Photoshop, Free webdesign program "Coffee cup". I also have dreamweaver, I like it.
there are many programs like them that you can use to build website.

You can use notepad and write the codes

Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Fireworks all the way...but I do like to actually hard code things (I know...I'm old school). Dreamweaver is great to keep track of my 25+ sites though, they're all organized and easy to upload things.

I hardly ever open dreamweaver these days.
I hand code templates to give the quality and build site automatically with whatever CMS is most suitable to keep the development and maintenance time to a minimum.

I use Photoshop CS2 , only him ... I am using this program about 1 year and 1 mounth ... Is great , he has great features and great things , you should download it .
For Coding I choose DreamWeaver or Notepad+ those are the best.

I always use dreamweaver as it is the most complete software that can help us build a website. Sometimes I would prefer raw HTML coding so that I can learn and see how the codes are being manipulated.
