Im not sure about the most celebrated but I think Brittney Spears was the most publicized!

The media keep hunting Brittney Spears for photos and new stories about her, I'm tired of hearing stupid and lamer stuffs about Brittney Spears.

Im kinda agreed with you guys and its like everywhere there is a story for her and pity her.. I think she will get insane or even die sooner if people still looking after here like paparazzi did!
Just leave her alone and let her back on the right track and definitely that guy with him, Kevin Federline is suck!
