Why the CPU fan make noise and runs all the times.
After I replaced the new powersupply and the new motherboard, everythings work just fine, only the CPU fan - it runs all the times and never stop even if the Chipset and other parts aren't hot.
I tried to took the fan out but without the fan, things get hot so quick and that is the reason my powersupply died and the motherboard go with it too.
I also took out one side of the case, that help things inside cool but that is too dangerous and could damages things there.
Is there a way to make the noise of the fan less and things still cool,
Why things get so hot quickly much faster than when it with the old powersupply and motherboard?

CPU fan is very important to keep the things at normal temperature. Because of lot of processing a good amount of heat gets generated. to keep the things inside the cpu a fan is a must. also there is another fan attached to the processor which keep the temperature of the processor at normal levels. the noise coming out is may be due to the friction.

Hi
I advise you not to perform such action ( turning computer without CPU FAN..) cuz it may explode....!!
The sound probably because you have a faulty Fan. I am just Curoius why would you change your motherboard and power supply when you have faulty CPU Fan.
Change the Fan soon to avoid other damaging possibilities.

sounds like you need a new fan. bearings may be out on the old one which is why its making that hrorible sound. You can pick up new ones cheap. In the meantime if you must disconnect it open the case and put a house fan on the system. Be careful though!
